We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn footwear or accessories in their original box and include the completed return form inside the package.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized Hermes or Royal Mail location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
